So I read the report and found two things that really stood out:

First the journal states: “Perchlorate has been detected in drinking water from 5.4% of US utilities in at least 26 states and 2 territories“. Let me think about this… 5.4% of water sources in the United States are contaminated with the poison, but they find perchlorate in all formula? This meaning that all powdered baby formula plants (if being contaminated by local water supplies) are at one of the 5.4% water sources that have the poison in it. I think the odds come out to be 5.4% to the 4th power which is .00085%… not very likely.

Second the journal states: “It is also interesting to note that according to the United States Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service, in 2000 (the latest year for which data were available), Brands D and E in Table 3 commanded 87% of the PIF market share”. This is “interesting” in more than one way. First if you look at the table it is talking about brands D & E have the highest perchlorate concentrations which in at least one case 5X the the amount that the brand with the least concentration contains. Second if you look at the report Infant Formula Prices and Availability: Final Report to Congress” it shows that these two brands are Ross (Now strictly Abbott Labs) that make Similac which is at 35% market share, and Mead Johnson creators of Enfamil that has 52% of market share.

There are only 4 manufactures of formula in the US, two of them we listed above, the other two are Carnation (Nestle) and PBM who mainly creates store branded type formulas. So using logic we see that these are the two brands with low levels of perchlorate.

Several months after this perchlorate report in April 2009 PBM files law suit against the Mead Johnson company over false advertising clams. That suit claimed Mead Johnson sent out mailers saying “Enfamil LIPILs unique formulation is not available in any store brands”.  To this claim PBM said that the ingredients were identical, and that they were “sourced from the same supplier”. In December PBM wins the lawsuit proving the fact that the formulas are made not only of the same ingredients, but received from the same supplier. So if PBM is one of the formulas that contains a fraction of perchlorate that Enfamil contains, but they are made from the same ingredient stock that would mean that something unique to the Enfamil production plant is introducing the poison into the product.

The next logical step would be to look at the water supplies in the area where the manufacturing plants are, and cross reference them to government maps that show where the poison is contaminating water.

Abbott Labs, makers of Similac, have 5 plants in the US: Columbus Ohio, Sturgis Michigan, Altavista Virginia, Casa Grande Arizona, and Fairfield California. The Arizona, and California sites are close to spill/positive test areas, but the other sites are not. The problem with Similac is that I do not have any thing that says they have the same supplier as PBM and Mead Johnson.

Looking at Mead Johnson’s website mjn.com under careers you can see the two “manufacturing facilities” which are Evansville Indiana and Zeeland Michigan. Doing a cross reference with the site locations, and maps the government has on perchlorate testing & contamination shows that Indiana is one of the states that has not tested positive for the chemical, and even though Michigan has tested positive, it was on the other side of the state from Zeeland.

So where is the perchlorate coming from? A statement on Mead Johnson’s website Information About Perchlorate they state “perchlorate can be present in the environment, drinking water, and the food supply, and consequently trace levels may be found in infant formula”. So we have evidence that it is not from the food supply Mead Johnson is using since PBM uses the same ingredient source but has lower levels. We have also disproved that it is from the water since Mead Johnson MFG plants are no where near contaminated water sites. If Mead Johnson’s water supply and supplier are both clear of perchlorate contamination where is it coming from? This leaves the final contamination source to be “environment” as Mead Johnson calls it, or as I would call it, their manufacturing plant.

What has come of this study? Doing a search for “perchlorate” on Similac & Enfamil’s website produces wording of no matching results for my request. I guess they were not to concerned by the report. This looks like a eugenics operation to me, the two biggest brands that everyone gets on WIC vouchers? They screw up your thyroid gland with perchlorate laced baby formula, and then when you are older and your body is jacked you can buy their pharmaceuticals that do the opposite of what it is supposed to — like anti-depressants that make you want to go and kill your self, or cervical cancer shots that give you cervical cancer.

As people are also no doubt aware the breaking into of computers and releasing private information is illegal, and regardless of how they were obtained, posting private correspondence without permission is unethical. We therefore aren’t going to post any of the emails here.

They are taking the moral high ground by not posting the emails. My question is why don’t you just give your self permission and post your own emails? O yes, because you are some of the crooks behind this whole scandal, and it was your emails that were leaked.  So high roaders lets talk about unethical behavior. Is it ethical to try and black ball any scientific journal, or scientists that comes up with any evidence apposed to global warming? For a second lets pretend that global warming was true… call me crazy but wouldn’t it be a good thing if they found out the earth was not “warming” anymore?

We were made aware of the existence of this archive last Tuesday morning when the hackers attempted to upload it to RealClimate, and we notified CRU of their possible security breach later that day.

Nonetheless, these emails (a presumably careful selection of (possibly edited?) correspondence dating back to 1996 and as recently as Nov 12) are being widely circulated, and therefore require some comment.

Of course no one is allowed to think that there is a conspiracy about global warming, but these guys are allowed to say the hacker edited down to 120 megabytes of info ( 2000+ something files, emails, FORTRAN global warming code, models, etc…). So lets examine the hacker file editor conspiracy theory.  For this to happen I guess not only was this a super crazy hacker, but they were also a global warming expert that knows exactly what to cut out to post to the public. They also edited all this down in under a week? So I did a search on how much data is 120 megabytes:

How many 267 page books will fit on a 100 megabyte disk?

• Assume 2500 characters per page, or 2500 bytes per page.
• 2500 x 267 = 667,500 bytes/book 0r .6675 megabytes/book
• Therefore, the number of books is 100/.6675 = 149.8.  Let’s call it 149 books, or even 150.

Well that’s a hell of a lot of data to have “careful selection” over and “edit” down. Don’t forget 120 megabytes is what they twiddled it down to in 5 days! or by last Tuesday did they mean the 10th?  So I guess they just immediately edited & posted them as they hacked the files off the server. Case solved! I have figured out the ClimateGate hacker’s identity.  Only one person I know that can hack computer systems, read & edit data at mind boggling speeds: Lt Commander Data!

Since emails are normally intended to be private, people writing them are shall we say, somewhat freer in expressing themselves than they would in a public statement.

This one from my perspective is interesting. From my experience while putting my self through school I first worked in a Wal-Mart store where the prerequisite to being hired is breathing. The level of childish things that went on were off the chart. I worked there for just over a year before I got a job doing computer support where you at least had to have a diploma. The level of drama was slightly lower but still nauseating. Once I graduated with my computer science degree and got a job with other professionals the drama level starts bouncing off of zero. So I’m guessing this rule does not apply to PhDs? Also they are dropping F-bombs in academic correspondence? Guess after Bachelors degree your ego explodes…

More interesting is what is not contained in the emails. There is no evidence of any worldwide conspiracy, no mention of George Soros nefariously funding climate research

Ok, so lets point out some of the things they said in the emails, but did not mention in the “realclimate” page. They do this because they think everyone is to stupid to go read a handful of these email’s for themselves, and instead take their word for it.

This is one from Michael Mann. I’m guessing he is second in command at “realclimate”. So in this email they are stating the bias of “realclimate” by screening comments. I mean if global warming is so bullet proof why wouldn’t you welcome anyone’s idea, and shoot it down with in the means of science and proof?

This email is from Phil Jones the head of the Climatic Research Unit (CRU), and he tells fellow researchers to not tell anyone that there is a freedom of information act in the UK so that he can keep his global warming algorithm/data secret. Once again, if you have the proof what are you hiding? My comment is that forecasters cannot even tell me what the weather will be tomorrow — so what in the hell makes you think that anyone can tell you what the temperature will be in the next 5, 10, 15 years? This should have produced a healthy scientific debate. Instead, Mr. Mann tried
to shut down debate by refusing to disclose the mathematical algorithm by which
he arrived at his conclusions. All the same, Mr. Mann was forced to publish a

It would be good to produce future series with and without the long
instrumental series and maybe the documentary ones as well. The long
measurements can then be used to validate the low-freq aspects at least
back to 1750, maybe earlier with the documentary. There are some key
warm decades (1730s, some in the 16th century) which the Moberg
reconstruction completely misses and gives the impression that all
years are cold between 1500 and 1750.
Away Feb 6-10 and 12-20 and 22-25 (last in Chicago – on the panel to
consider the vertical temp work of CCSP).

Yeah, there is a freedom of information act in the U.S., and the contrarians are going
to try to use it for all its worth. But there are also intellectual property rights
issues, so it isn’t clear how these sorts of things will play out ultimately in the U.S.
I saw the paleo draft (actually I saw an early version, and sent Keith some minor
comments). It looks very good at present–will be interesting to see how they deal w/
the contrarian criticisms–there will be many. I’m hoping they’ll stand firm (I believe
they will–I think the chapter has the right sort of personalities for that)…

getting past all the stages in its present form. MM and SB get dismissed. All the
right
emphasis is there, but the wording on occasions will be crucial. I expect this to be
the
main contentious issue in AR4. I expect (hope) that the MSU one will fade away. It
seems
the more the CCSP (the thing Tom Karl is organizing) looks into Christy and Spencer’s
series, the more problems/issues they are finding. I might be on the NRC review panel,
so will keep you informed.
Rob van Dorland is an LA on the Radiative Forcing chapter, so he’s a paleo expert
by GRL statndards.

Legal fallout of Climategate – CEI to sue NASA

NASA claims national security over Freedom Of Information act request, now some of their scientists have been caught up in this global warming email scandal they have been served with intent to sue if they do not release everything they have.

Legal counsel for the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) filed three Notices of Intent to File Suit against NASA today. Chris Horner, counsel of CEI, said that the suit against NASA and its Goddard Institute of Space Studies is for the agency’s failure to comply with Freedom of Information Act requests for the past three years. Employees of the agency have been mentioned in the now infamous Climategate emails.

Global Warming With the Lid Off

If global warming is so bad, and everyone agrees on it, what are they hiding data sources? why are they deleting emails? why are they trying to black ball anyone with counter arguments?

Consider the following note that appears to have been sent by Mr. Jones to Mr. Mann in May 2008: “Mike, Can you delete any emails you may have had with Keith re AR4? Keith will do likewise. . . . Can you also email Gene and get him to do the same?” AR4 is shorthand for the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change’s (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report, presented in 2007 as the consensus view on how bad man-made climate change has supposedly become.
In another email that seems to have been sent in September 2007 to Eugene Wahl of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Paleoclimatology Program and to Caspar Ammann of the National Center for Atmospheric Research’s Climate and Global Dynamics Division, Mr. Jones writes: “[T]ry and change the Received date! Don’t give those skeptics something to amuse themselves with.”

When deleting, doctoring or withholding information didn’t work, Mr. Jones suggested an alternative in an August 2008 email to Gavin Schmidt of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies, copied to Mr. Mann. “The FOI [Freedom of Information] line we’re all using is this,” he wrote. “IPCC is exempt from any countries FOI—the skeptics have been told this. Even though we . . . possibly hold relevant info the IPCC is not part of our remit (mission statement, aims etc) therefore we don’t have an obligation to pass it on.”

It also seems Mr. Mann and his friends weren’t averse to blacklisting scientists who disputed some of their contentions, or journals that published their work. “I think we have to stop considering ‘Climate Research’ as a legitimate peer-reviewed journal,” goes one email, apparently written by Mr. Mann to several recipients in March 2003. “Perhaps we should encourage our colleagues in the climate research community to no longer submit to, or cite papers in, this journal.”

Proving bad behavior here is very difficult. If you think that Saiers is in the greenhouse skeptics camp, then, if we can find documentary evidence of this, we could go through official AGU channels to get him ousted.

Congress May Probe Leaked Global Warming E-Mails

Al Gore’s silver bullet of proof which is computer simulations have been reviewed and are total crap where the coder mickey rigs stuff up, uses unvalidated source data (ever heard of crap in crap out?), and other blatant things to (as stated above) hide the temperature decline.

Programmer-written comments inserted into CRU’s Fortran code have drawn fire as well. The file briffa_sep98_d.pro says: “Apply a VERY ARTIFICAL correction for decline!!” and “APPLY ARTIFICIAL CORRECTION.” Another, quantify_tsdcal.pro, says: “Low pass filtering at century and longer time scales never gets rid of the trend – so eventually I start to scale down the 120-yr low pass time series to mimic the effect of removing/adding longer time scales!”

It has another “angel” that looks like an old woman and tells this younger woman that her baby is going to F***ING burn, then turns into a zombie, bites this other guys neck and starts demonically crawling up the walls like something out of the Exorcist movie.

Micheal’s roll in this move is to protect this baby that the old woman says is going to burn because this child is some kind of savior of humanity ( slap in the face to Jesus ).

The main “villain” of the movie (other than God him self) is the angel Gabriel. When he first appears Micheal basically tells Gabriel that he is an idiot for following God’s commandments.

I also find it interesting the title of the movie, comparing God’s angels to the daemon that Jesus cast out of the possessed man:

This movie is total satan propaganda… It demonizes God all-mighty, and says his angels are savage brain eating zombie/daemons.  It states that Michael (God’s top angel) is smarter & wiser than God, and that God is really a slave master (hence the slave collar thing that falls off of Micheal’s neck). So when Micheal does something “noble” to save humans, this gives power to lucifer by showing that maybe he was not wrong and/or maybe had noble reasoning when he fell from heaven.

What he is talking about how governments use tribalism to conquer people.  Like in sports you have your local team that you are behind. Take the Razorbacks for instance, as long as I can remember they pretty much suck at football. If you were at a game and got tired of watching them loose would you instead start cheering on the other team? Probably not out of fear of rejection of the people around you. This is the same for our two system political party — most people have the same party affiliations as their parents. You are raised with the frame work that said political party is supposed to uphold (even though they hardly do). So even if the party is not upholding its own principles people will still call themselves one party or the other because they still believe in the frame work the party was originally built on deciding to ignore or play down things their party does.

Further galvanizing the left right paradigm is the right wing radio, and the liberal owned TV media. When your team is out of power your cheerleaders attack the team that is in power pointing out all the things they do wrong. When your team is in power the cheerleaders begin to overlook the lies and the bad things the politicians do. This keeps you locked into the left/right paradigm. What people need to realize if you want to get somewhat accurate news is to listen to the right wing while the left is in power, and watch the liberal media when the right is in power (and use your brain to filter out all the BS that they throw in).

There are several issues when you look at it by definition:

• First Are humans really just a machine that does useful work? Machines work in a known and predictable way otherwise they would not be a very useful tool. Humans on the other hand have free will to be useful/useless, create/destroy, think/feel, and love/hate.
• Second – is who made the machine? Last time I checked machines don’t make them selves from nothing or dirt and water.  Even though we are getting to the point where machines will make other machines a human still had to make the first one (but that is a entirely different and nauseating subject).

Its interesting that we think we are so smart, and our technology is so advanced, but in just the first two years of life a baby will grow from not knowing anything to teaching its self how to think and process information, communicate with other people, and even walk!  I challenge anyone to format your hard drive and leave your computer running for two years and see if it comes up with its own form of windows that you can use to get on the internet. Any takers…?  We have had computers in some form or another since WWII (you know those tattoos on the Jew’s arms? those are IBM computer numbers) and that was over 70 years ago! To imagine that we do not have a computer that can think on its own, or break down simple sentences and create new subroutines to preform requests based on what the sentience means. The closest thing we have to a walking robot is that white Toyota thing that looks totally ridiculous. I mean if a baby can do these things in the first two years of life why haven’t we been able to make a computer do these things in an entire human’s lifetime? Wake up people your self importance is such a laughable joke.

Another thing I like to think about is the DNA Chicken and the Egg question. (Keep in mind this is really simplified) DNA can be thought of as a USB thumb drive that has a program on it — lets say it is your favorite video game and instructions that tell your computer how to run that game. So if you had a thumb drive with your favorite game on it what could you do with it if you do not have a computer? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! it is worthless with out a computer to read and interpret it! The “Simple Cell” (if you can call it “simple”) can be thought of as that computer we are needing to play our video game that resides on our thumb drive.  You put the thumb drive into the computer and like magic you are now able to play your game. So my question now is what can you do with just a computer and no programs for it to process? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! is is worthless with out a computer program!

Lets explain how computers came into existence. Someone though hey lets create a device that we know as the “computer” that can do some type of calculations based on some type of changeable state (it would be kind of silly to just come up with the answer to 1+1 all day!)  and we call this a “program”. The first computers were based on switches that could be in either the on or off position  to form a combination of 1s and 0s. These ones and zeros are then combined to create numbers, and operations on those numbers to preform basic math much like a simple calculator would today. So now that I have given the history in a nutshell my question would be: did they come up with one, and then say “hmmm what could I do with this thingy?”… No They were designed at the same time! It is meaningless to have one with out the other! It would be like the person that first invited the bottle cap (they didn’t always twist off folks!) with out a way to open the dang thing — it would make no sense!

So if someone tells you that the body is a machine ask them — if that is true who designed it? Deny it all you want people, but I guess some people like to think of them selves as machines, while others like to think they are monkeys. Myself on the other hand know I am a divine child of the creator of the universe the God of the Jews – Yahweh (AKA Jesus), and he made me in his image. Unfortunately in this plane of existence we are all just prisoners of the flesh due to the failures of our parents, as so were they failed by their parents on down the line to Adam & Eve at which time we were destined to the curses of this world. We too shall fail our children, but our ultimate goal is to educate them enough that when they pass from the shell of this world through death – unto the birth into the real existence that the most perfect heavenly father will smile upon them and say you have done well in my test — welcome to eternity in paradise, and you will be there watching.

The world today reminds me of a time when me and Vincent (my previous step-father) went to go look at a house in Louisiana that was trashed by the previous owner (he wanted to get it for cheap and fix it up). They had left food in the refrigerator, and some how like they always do flies some how got in there and laid eggs in the rotten food. By the time Vincent and I had the privilege of opening the refrigerator the maggot-fly life cycle had already transpired several times over, and the mass of writhing maggots was feasting on a the black and rotten corpses of previous generations of maggots.
